When a favorite customer of mine came in the shop the other day, we immediately started up our usual friendly chat. She mentioned that she had visited our new store just down the street and 'the guy there' (either my boss or co-worker, identity unconfirmed) had "...gone on and on about how efficient you are". Hmm. "Efficient". I'm not sure if that's the reputation I'd like to proceed me. There are so many other choices...friendly, funny, hard-working, and what's wrong with adorable?
